I started this blog back in 2016 when I was in graduate school for public history, in the seven years (um how has it been that long) since I created Exploring the History so much has changed. Back in 2016 I was so excited to start my career in public history. Since then, I have worked for a women’s historical museum, and state historical society and now actually work in fundraising for a major university.

So here it goes a quick list about me:

Pets: One, name is Milo. The best cuddler

Favorite Place I have visited: Scotland, just have so many memories with the class
Where I want to visit: Next on the list is Whales and Ireland. I want to have the whole British Isles completed.
Favorite Drink: Costco’s Malbec is great!
